Bookings & Payments

Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received. Early Bird Discounts of 10% are only applicable to Full Time Tickets with Accommodation (either Cabin or Motel style) and only for bookings on or before 9/10/2017. Early Bird Tickets must be paid in full by 9/10/2017 or the standard rates will apply and discount is no longer valid. Standard Tickets purchased after 9/10/2017 must be paid in full by 13/11/2017 or your registration may be cancelled. For offline payment using direct deposit please pay full amount to the following account:

You may cancel your ticket(s) on or before 13/11/2017 for a full refund less $15 per person administration fee. Cancellations after 13/11/2017 are not eligible for a refund (except in the case of medical emergency). Bus tickets may be cancelled on or before 13/11/2017 with full refund, however there will be no refund after this date (except in the case of medical emergency)

Bus Transport

If you have purchased a ticket on the bus, it is your responsibility to be at your nominated pickup point at least 30 minutes prior to the departure times. If you are connecting from a flight (either to or from Phillip Island) it is your responsibility to allow enough time to be at your nominated pickup point at least 30 minutes prior to the departure times. In fairness to all passengers, the bus will depart promptly. If you miss the bus you will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend booking flights into Melbourne no later than 11:00 am on Friday and out of Melbourne no earlier than 7:00 pm on Sunday. Further details with meeting place and time will be emailed closer to the date.

Health & Safety

Safety instructions will be given by staff at Phillip Island Adventure Resort and must be adhered to at all times. Any injuries incurred while using camp facilities or activities are to be reported immediately to Celebrate Messiah staff or Resort Staff. General hygiene and cleanliness of the Resort is to be maintained by your group during their stay and the Resort is to be left in the same or better condition than it was found when you arrived. Alcohol and other illicit substances are not allowed at Simcha 2017. Drunken or disorderly behaviour will result in the person being asked to leave the conference.

Children & Minors

All children under the age of 18 are the responsibility of parents or guardians outside of conference sessions times.
